Fresh Mango Salsa

A spicy fruity blend that we love for Grilled or Blackened Fish/Chicken. Combine oil, diced fresh red peppers, jalapenos, red onions, garlic, tomatoes, green onion & cilantro. Add lemon juice, lime juice & chili sauce then top with fresh mango and mix. Watch the video and see how Chef Gary puts it all together.

EASY Caramel Sauce

All you’ll need is sugar, butter and heavy whipping cream for a sweet treat that’s great with Bread Pudding, Ice Cream, Over Cheescake and Dipping Sauce for Apples, etc. Very easy to make and fun for kids. Watch the video for Chef Gary’s tips on getting it just right.


  • 1 – 1.5 Cups Sugar
  • 1 Stick of Unsalted Butter
  • 1/2 – 3/4 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream

This recipe may take a couple times to perfect but after getting used to the amount of cream and how fast to cook the sugar, it will be a breeze. I suggest starting with lower heat at first. It still works, just takes a little longer.
